Production process

At our production facility in the UK, we have developed a number of special processes for diamond grinding, polishing and precision spark-erosion of intricate shapes and cavities. These processes are applied to high quality carbides, sourced only from the worlds’ leading manufacturers.

Along with our range of high specification machine tools, we have developed our own equipment for precision grinding and miniaturised spark-erosion.

Our emphasis on production process standards, coupled with our commitment to our ISO accredited QA system, supports our customers’ demands for reliability and repeatability of component parts.
